bq777 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended if requested documents are not submitted. Required documents may include a national identity card or passport.
Account Security

Keeping Login Credentials Confidential

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits below this amount are not allowed and such transactions will be automatically rejected.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount are not accepted.

Withdrawal Timeframe

Transaction Currency
Transactions in any currency other than Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) are not accepted. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account or another person's payment method are strictly prohibited.
Warning: The source of deposited funds must be legal and legitimate. In the case of suspicious transactions, bq777 reserves the right to hold funds and request relevant information.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers on bq777 are governed by the following rules:
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total of the bonus and deposited amount must be wagered 10 (ten) times.
Bonus Fund Usage Conditions
- Withdrawals cannot be made until play with bonus funds has been completed.
- Only wagers placed on eligible games will count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
- An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- bq777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program
bq777's VIP program has three tiers. Your tier is upgraded based on your gaming activity, and different benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
VIP benefits, cashback amounts, and decisions on tier changes are entirely at the discretion of bq777.
Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to playing games on the bq777 platform:
General Gaming Conditions
All game results are controlled by a reliable Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely fair. Issues arising from technical faults or disconnections during a game will be resolved by bq777 using its established procedure.
Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and game category. bq777 reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any user.
Live Casino
Game-specific rules applicable to live dealer games (Ezugi, Evolution Gaming) are displayed within that game's interface. The live dealer's decisions are considered final.
Sports Betting
Odds provided for cricket and other sports betting are subject to change. If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will remain unchanged. In the event a match is cancelled or postponed, settlement will follow bq777's policy.
Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Any attempt to damage or intrude into the platform's systems or software
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions
- Accessing or using another user's account
- Any attempt to commit fraud or manipulate the gaming system
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
- Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party
- Playing games using automated bots or software
- Providing false or fraudulent information
- Any attempt to harass, threaten, or harm other users
Consequences: If bq777 finds evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, it reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.
Limitation of Liability

Continued Service Availability
bq777 makes every effort to keep the platform running. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unavoidable circumstances. bq777 is not liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.
Gaming Losses
bq777 is not liable for financial losses incurred through gaming. Users play at their own judgment and under their own personal responsibility.
Third-Party Technology
bq777 uses software from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, and others. bq777's direct liability for any technical issues relating to these providers' games is limited.
Internet Connection
bq777 is not responsible for the quality or stability of a user's internet connection. Situations arising from disconnections during an active game or bet will be resolved in accordance with bq777's established policy.
Account Closure and Suspension
bq777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

- Any violation of these terms and conditions
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information
- Suspicious financial transactions or attempts at fraud
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
- In the event of a user's death (at the family's request)
Closed by the user
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by notifying our customer service. Please withdraw all valid funds from your account before closing it.
Funds after account closure
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, bonus funds will be automatically forfeited. Legitimate real-money funds are generally returned, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
